Varslingskanal (Whistleblower)

Uniformpartner has developed a Whistleblower service for both staff and external individuals to report suspected illegal activities or violations of our Code of Conduct.

The platform encourages the reporting of concerns that could impact the company’s financial status, operations, or reputation, including but not limited to health and safety, labor standards, financial integrity, and ethical violations like bribery and corruption. It is recommended to provide detailed information and, if possible, evidence to facilitate thorough investigation.

To submit a report, one can use an online form, operated by the law firm Haaland DA in Oslo, Norway. Reporting can be done anonymously, though it may restrict the ability to provide feedback or conduct a detailed investigation.

Uniformpartner ensures that all reports are addressed seriously and with a fair, confidential approach, guaranteeing protection for anonymous whistleblowers from retaliation. Haaland DA performs an initial review of reports, with further investigations conducted as necessary, overseen by Uniformpartner’s CEO. Outcomes and necessary actions are communicated to the relevant parties.

 The company is committed to maintaining confidentiality throughout the investigation process to protect whistleblowers and minimize harm to those wrongfully accused. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited, with safeguards in place to prevent such behavior. Misuse of the Whistleblower Channel, such as making false reports, will lead to disciplinary or legal consequences, all while complying with Norwegian data protection legislation.
